This policy applies to the FK Driver mobile application (the “App”), developed and operated by Intugine Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Introduction

Intugine Technologies provides the FK Driver App, a tool that helps drivers record their duty check-in at designated locations (gates/warehouses) and view their current duty status. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy applies only to the information collected through the App and does not apply to other products or services that have their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Location information

When you perform a check-in or re-check-in, the App requests access to your device’s precise location (using GPS and network-based location). We use your location only to verify that you are at the correct gate or location and to record your check-in.

The App asks for your permission (a runtime location permission) before it accesses your location, and it explains why the permission is needed. We do not track your location in the background or continuously; location is read only when you initiate a check-in action.

2.4 Duty / shift information

Check-in time, re-check-in time, duty status, odometer readings, and related shift details as recorded through the App and returned by our service.

2.5 Device and diagnostic information

Basic device information (such as device model and operating system version) used for security verification (for example, detecting a compromised or “rooted” device) and to help us diagnose problems.
Crash and error reports collected through Google’s Firebase Crashlytics service to improve the App’s stability.

We do not collect persistent device identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, or SIM serial number, and we do not use advertising identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the check-in and duty-status functionality of the App.
To verify your location at the gate when you check in.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App and to diagnose technical problems.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks.
To respond to your requests and provide customer support.

We do not use your personal information to serve advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the following recipients:

Intugine Technologies / IntuTrace service (api.intutrace.com) — our own backend service that stores and processes your check-in records. This is the primary recipient of the information you submit through the App.
Google (Firebase Crashlytics) — to collect crash and diagnostic reports. Google’s handling of this information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, a valid governmental request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others, but only as permitted by applicable law.

5. How We Protect Your Information

All information transmitted between the App and our servers is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Access to your information is restricted to personnel who need it to operate and support the service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your check-in and related records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or audit requirements. Where we are legally required to retain certain data, we retain only that data and limit its use accordingly.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details in Section 9. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
